Pre-Surgical Instructions
Electronic devices and cell phones are not permitted in operatory rooms or recovery rooms for privacy purposes. Patients must come with a responsible driver. If the patient is under 18 they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The driver must remain in our office the entire time the patient is here. If a driver is not present, the appointment will have to be rescheduled.
All patients should brush their teeth before surgery; being careful not to swallow any water. Do not wear pantyhose, boots, make-up, nail polish, jewelry, facial piercings, and contact lenses day of surgery. Please wear: Short sleeved shirts for access to your arm for sedation. Lehigh Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery shall not be held responsible for any lost personal possessions during the patient's time of care. |
